 Ttip Itinerary
Day 01: On arrival at Bagdogra Airport from Delhi or Calcutta, our Airport Representative welcomes you and and offers transfer to Darjeeling. If you are coming from Kathmandu via Bhadrapur Airport,
our Airport Representative will receive you here and offer transfer to the Indo-Nepal Border and from
there to Darjeeling. Overnight Hotel.
Day 02: Sightseei
Institute and Museum. It stores the history of Mountaineering Expeditions to Everest and the gear used
by Tenzing Norgay Sherpa. At the same location you will visit the Zoological Park that has rare
species of Himalayan Fauna including Red Panda and Snow Leopard. Afterwards you will visit tea
gardens to witness the making of World Famous Darjeeling Tea. In the evening make an easy stroll
around the Mall and walk up to Observatory Hill to see the confluence of Hinduism and Buddhism
Day 03: Early morning trip to enjoy the Sunrise View from Tiger Hill with the enchanting View of
Kanchanjunga Range. While driving down to Darjeeling township make a brief visit to Ghoom
Monastery and the marvelously engineered Batasia Loop that offers the best view of Darjeeling in
the lap of Mt. Kanchanjunga. Free time in the afternoon for promenade around The famous Chowk
Bazaar.
Day 04: Drive from Darjeeling to Gangtok (Sikkim).
Day 05: Sightseeing tour in and around Gangtok. On this day you will visit Do-Drul Chorten,
Research Institute of Tibetology, Enchey Monastery, Ganesh Tok (View Point), Saramsa Garden
and Rumtek Monastery (the seat of 17th Karmapa of Kagyu order).
Day 06: Day trip to Tsongo Lake situated at an altitude of 12,210ft. In spring season the area
will be decorated with rhododendron, primulars, poppies and irises. Free time in the evening for visiting the market place.
Day 07: Start the North Sikkim Tour. Drive from Gangtok to Lachung enjoying the mountain
view from Tashi View Point.
Day 08: Hiking around Lachung Valley.
Day 09: Tour to Yumthang.
Day 10: Drive back to Gangtok.
Day 11: Drive from Gangtok to Pemayangtse via Rabong La.
Day 12: Enjoy the view of Kanchanjunga Range in the morning. Visit Monasteries in the afternoon.
Day 13: Day trip to Khecheopalri Lake and Yoksum(the old seat of the Monarch of the Sikkim).
Day 14: Drive Pemayangtse- Kalimpong.
Day 15: Sightseeing tour around Kalimpong. On this day you will visit some monasteries and
Market place.
Day 16: Drive from Kalimpong to Siliguri and then to Bagdogra for onward flight or drive to the border of Nepal to travel to Kathmandu
