    Gokyo Lake Trekking 16 Days

Gokyo Lake
Trip Overview

Gokyo lake lies in Everest region, one of the most popular trekking. Renowned not only for Sherpa villages and monasteries of the region, this trek is famous due to its proximity to Everest. We highly recommend to do this treks compare to Everest base camp because of it's possibility to see more world highest mountain and as well as no required to do re-trek like Base camp. The highest destination of this trek is Kalapathar (5545m.) even though you cross the Cho La pass (5368m.) in between Gokyo Lake (4800m) to Labuche. You will partake in the mesmerizing view of the Ama Dablam, (Beauty of the region) Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Lhotse (8,501 m), Cho Oyu (80201m), Nuptse (7,879 m) as well as Kanchenjunga (8,586m.), Makalu (8,485m.) from Gokyo RI. The trek begins from Lukla after 35 minute scenic flight from Kathmandu. We have designed an 16 days itinerary for regular trekkers but we can short-out according to our client's interest and their physical fitness.
