Trip Overview

Trekking in Tibet is the best way to experience the breathtaking splendor and beauty of nature in the far off mountainous areas. Our trekking tour in Tibet take you to some popular trekking routes walking through the valleys, high mountain passes and explore the true life of Tibetans, nomads and shepherds and experience their way of living in such a desolated areas at the backdrop of impressive mountains and lakes. Trekkers can also enjoy community festivals in the villages or in the monasteries mingling with the Tibetans. We combine most of our trekking tours with a visit to Lhasa to give the travelers a full glimpse of cultural aspect of Tibet and its people.

Trip Details

Day 01: Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa.
Day 02- and 03: Lhasa Sightseeing.
Day 04: Drive from Lhasa to trekking starting point
Day 05: Trekking continues (7-8 hrs)
Day 06: Trekking continues (6-7 hrs)
Day 07: Trek Tashi Do and Namtso Lake (7-8 Hrs)
Day 08: Rest and exploration day at Tashi Do
Day 09: Namtso – Lhasa
Day 10: Drive to Gyangtse (3990 m), 350 km
Day 11: Drive to Shalu-Shigatse (3860 m), 90 km
Day 12: Drive to Sakya-Shegar/Dingri (4350 m)
Day 13: Drive to Rongbuk (5050 m)
Day 14: Drive to Nylam Day 15: Drive to Kathmandu check in to KTM hotel.
